Northern what? and to be honest with you I love a good dose of the vinigar... but in moderation, and only when appropriate. You know like a dipping sauce or something of that matter. Don't get me wrong I'll eat raw eel, and fish still moving... but what you describe, would take alot more than Unicum to fix!
