If you are going to accepts payments online use you would need a business account.

If you just want people to send you a payment a personal account is good enough.

The cost to add funds. Unlike paypal where the person recieving it gets hit with a percentage. With epass you see that percentage go when you add funds to your account.

The fees are:
$5 per year for the virtual account.
$35 per year for ATM card (needed to withdraw cash if you are outside the US).
$5 per $100 you load your account with so if you want to put $200 in your account it will cost $10.
$2 per withdrawl from ATM or to bank account (US ONLY)
$.25 per transfer to other personal accounts.
