Jace, yes! I made a similair thread a few months ago when my boss let me do the same thing and get out of my exclusive contract!

That was when I was buying a house though, which by the way was the best decision I have ever made

In my contract it said I am exclusive to Studiocash, I can only work for them, but I have some unforseen bills right now and I need a bit extra money and my boss is kind enough to let me out of my contract temporarly so I can make some extra money on the side.

I try hard to make sure the designs look very nice and eye catching, but my main goal is conversions, since at the end of the day, that's what the boss cares about too.
