Now that this is launched Chio, are we ever gonna see that Paypal killer that's been in the works for quite some time?

                  Spend you some brain.

I'll let Chio respond to this one, as he's more in tune with the process, but he'd probably refer you to the Bliggo documentation, which suggests:

Bliggo Ads™ are distributed organically over time. This natural delivery system is the only one of its kind in existence.
Your ad is likely in the queue, but Chio can clarify what that means.

During the beta, support questions go to the support system, not GFY. You may also want to submit a support ticket to get some help in understanding how to craft an ad -- the ad you submitted isn't really the greatest.

It's ... amazing. I got a walk-through of the back end, and a walk-through of the sites Chio has running on it now ... holy crap.

My basic reply was to wait for Chio to address any concerns you had.

Is it possible to change from phrase links to bliggo ads if the phrase link is still pending?

i did that the first day through the support system and it was easy to get done. but now they've kicked me out for posting about it on gfy and not liking my attitude and are going to refund me.

There are a lot of people in the closed beta as well as the launch beta pending approval. I looked over your support tickets and it appears we needed the order ID to identify why your order was still pending and didn't receive that from you as of yet.

I understand that you are anxious to see how it works but there are a lot of people in the queue which helps to distribute the ads in a natural fashion. There also could have been a problem with your ad. For instance linking from something that would never get triggered is something we look out for.

A lot of people are inputting multiple words to be linked, not sure if it's something they are trying to get around (one word or phrase) or they just aren't completely sure how phrase links work.

In any case your refund as per your request will be process today.

                                        I seo'd my hair yesterday and today it's pr7!
                                        RIP Texas Dreams

That's funny, because it was ME you spoke to on ICQ, and after I told you I wasn't going to spend any more time talking in circles, you said:

(2:28:02 PM) 173847572: sorry for what, i dont understand what you would be apologizing for, i dont want to stay in
(2:28:26 PM) 173847572: you had no intention of messaging me until i
                                            mentioned a refund
either way, so thanks for your time and good business
I hope you don't feel you were "kicked out" of the program. I know you're just saying that because you feel like you shot yourself in the foot and feel goofy about it, but there are no hard feelings.

You made a GFY thread after having your tickets replied to, and made it look like we never replied. We specifically asked you for information about your order, and instead of replying and getting your problem solved, you chose to go this route. You had ICQ conversations with Chio about how it worked, and made it look like we were just hanging you out there.

It's not anything personal, it's just not the level of drama we want to deal with in the live beta. For $100, you're getting a pretty sweet deal to test it out, but when you start to misrepresent what's happening, it has the potential to hurt the brand, and obviously we don't want that. Dealing with this type of stuff for the discounted price of $100 isn't profitable, especially when we're ALREADY in a dialog in the support system and awaiting your reply.

Neither Chio nor I will bump this thread further, as I feel everything that needs to be said has been said. Your tickets were replied to, you said they weren't -- when we were waiting for YOUR reply. Obviously, we can't have someone going around saying that things happened when they didn't, so sorry again if you feel you were "kicked out" of anything, but I'm sure, in a few days, if you re-read everything you said, along the lines of "pretty shitty reply" when we're trying to help you, you'll see that you'd probably do the same, in our place.

                                                1:18:31 PM 501917: Nevermind.

1:18:48 PM 501917: Ah, it's hard to read on ICQ, after what you said to me on GFY. ;)
1:18:55 PM 501917: I wanted to give you a more personal response.

1:19:03 PM 501917: The Bliggo system has a queue.
1:19:05 PM 501917: How do you figure?
1:19:18 PM 501917: I asked you to submit your questions to the support system, or to us, not to GFY.
1:19:22 PM 173847572: i understand that, but i put in a ticket 3 days ago, since all it says is ad review pending
1:19:34 PM 501917: You could have said that, and I would have called Chio for you.
1:19:42 PM 501917: "Pretty shitty reply" isn't the nicest thing to say.
1:19:51 PM 173847572: well thats what i typed regardless isnt it

                                                1:20:22 PM 501917: Nah.

                                                1:20:31 PM 501917: I understand.
                                                1:20:50 PM 501917: What's your order number?
1:20:50 PM 173847572: when it had been a few days, i just asked to see if others had the same thing happening, so id know what was up, not to try to bad mouth someone, thats not my way
1:21:04 PM 501917: No problem. Your reply of "pretty shitty reply" didn't help, is all I'm saying.
1:21:10 PM 501917: Can I have your order number?
1:21:47 PM 501917: I know that your ad was help specifically because it was unlikely to match many terms -- it was a bad choice of a link phrase.
1:21:48 PM 173847572: you telling me to submit a ticket instead of posting on gfy and telling me my ad isnt the greatest, isnt your typical, let me get you some help reply
1:22:08 PM 501917: We need to TRACK all of the issues in the beta, which is why they have to go to support.
1:22:14 PM 173847572: so would you like to continue arguing things that arent relevant and arent going to help either of us lol
1:22:23 PM 501917: No, just asking again for your order number.
1:22:42 PM 173847572: i understand but i dont have an order number
1:22:53 PM 173847572: i login to bliggo and it shows nothing but ad pending review
1:22:53 PM 501917: There's a TON of orders in there.
1:22:55 PM 173847572: and that i bought an ad
1:23:01 PM 501917: I can't refund you until I can find your ad.
1:23:05 PM 501917: How about a last name?

                                                1:23:15 PM 501917: Perfecto, gotcha.
1:23:28 PM 501917: You were the 11th order, a few minutes after Bliggo launched.
1:23:50 PM 173847572: yes sir, i wanted in the beta but never got accepted
1:23:53 PM 501917: Ok, got the info, and sent it to Chio. Hopefully, when he logs on, your refund will be processed, and you'll be removed from Beta.
1:23:54 PM 173847572: so i bought without even waiting
1:23:57 PM 501917: You just DID get accepted.
1:24:02 PM 501917: This is the FINAL round of beta.
                                                1:24:11 PM 501917: It's approved on a person-by-person basis.
1:24:18 PM 173847572: i see, i thought this was the opening
1:24:21 PM 501917: The price of Bliggo is $1,000
1:24:24 PM 173847572: not a beta as his post was
1:24:36 PM 501917: This price is to see how things flow in the "live" environment.
1:25:15 PM 501917: He'll be able to take you out, when he gets online. I know he's been working pretty hard lately, so he may not be around until the evening.
1:25:32 PM 173847572: yeah i spoke with him on icq maybe the night of it, hes pretty busy i know
1:25:42 PM 501917: Ok, good deal.

1:27:44 PM 501917: If it was the "live" program, you'd stay in. Sorry, it's just how you dealt with it.
                                                1:28:01 PM 501917: Gotta run.
1:28:06 PM 173847572: sorry for what, i dont understand what you would be apologizing for, i dont want to stay in
1:28:30 PM 173847572: you had no intention of messaging me until i mentioned a refund either way, so thanks for your time and good business

as far as tickets being replied to, i said nothing about tickets, i asked what others had experienced so i'd know if it was similar or not.

at the time i posted this my ticket was waiting a response for two days, as it had received one response the day after i sent it in. so nowhere did i say i was not getting a response or bash anything.

its quite obvious at this point though that because i posted a question about things on gfy it became as issue for you, not chio. he im sure would have handled it in a more professional way as he did when i had a question the first day.

DigiPimp, do NOT take anything Dom/EdgeProd says seriously, from my understanding he has NOTHING to do with anything Relink software is involved with, that includes Bliggo and ABP

                                                        talk to Chio directly, period
