If the hentai involves sex between anything other than human to human, visa won't do it. CCbill is awesome, but the problem is with Visa. No non-human sex with humans is what we were told. Looks like you have some tentacle stuff on your site, which is probably why verotel refused you. I signed up for segpay and ccbill lets see who does it faster and here is what verotel told me
I'm very sorry, but we can't authorize any new hentai websites anymore.
We let the old ones process as an exception if there are no problems, but
we can't accept any new sites with this content anymore.
