Apparently the stock is held in a trust, where his wife and he are the only owners. I guess he thought he could hide it. He is on record saying he will never own one share of stock. This is true, he owns many many shares. Plus he and his wife own it, not him. See he isn't a liar and a hypocrite after all!

I don't know much about Michael Moore, so he may just be a hypocrite, but, in researching a corporation, buying stock would be a good way to get on the mailing list to receive a lot of information about it. If trying to change a corporation, buying enough stock to get significant voting rights would probably be effective.

It's a wonder anyone prominent ever criticizes Bush and his kabal, considering the attack dogs that are sent after them as a result.

I still shake my head at what happened to John McCain in the Republican primaries in 2000 and John Kerry in the Presidential Election in 2004, when groups popped up with "information" about how each was not really a Vietnam War hero, but had in fact committed war atrocities and/or acted cowardly and/or falsified their records to get medals. Then after Bush defeated each one, and they were no longer a threat, the groups disappeared, basically sliding back underneath a rock.

So Michael Moore must be clean as a fucking whistle if this is all the Republican machine can create on him.

This is a huge understatement I know, but George W Bush is, without a doubt, Asshole of the Century - I know it's early in the century, but there is still no doubt.
