I love a good rib-eye with a nice California Cab, left-Bank Bodeaux, Chateauneuf du Pape, Aussie Shiraz, . . . etc. LOL.
I don't actually "grill" since I live ina condo and it's against county regulations. I'd have to go to one of the community BBQ pits for that. Instead, I make do on a ridged cast-iron pan.
Maybe next time I do it, I will post pics.
