I was starter of this topic - Just be careful, there are lots of mean people telling they are designers but wanting to send you stuff by notepad or mail, showing their work. Unfortunately, I am sure they want to show you other things!!!!

Failing tootie, Deffinetly hit up AdultRMX. He's fast, professional and his designers convert. Trust me, I know.

Another guy, same price range and equally as talented is Ben from Spain. I believe he goes by the handle onno here.. This guy is REALLY talented and cheap. Can't go wrong with him either. Used him for years personally, never a single problem.

Tootie is cool but busy, never used RMX but they have a decent portofolio true.
