The movie was about "Marines" He goes though basic then next thing you know he goes to Desert Sheild/Storm He shows that he can "shoot" Then he gets to join an regular squad and he and a friend are team sniper.Originally posted by SplumDo a review

At MetaCritic it only got a 58%. That equals Mixed or Average Reviews. Have you all seen THREE KINGS? That's another movie about Desert Storm. It was actually a made up story and not based on a Marine's experience which JARHEAD is I believe.Originally posted by BlueWireComment

I agree.. Jarhead was lame. I got some preview passes through a friend and went on Wednesday.
I had high hopes but it was just boring. I guess they were trying to make a point or something.. but I don't go to see a war movie for the main character to never shoot his gun.
