Good question.

You can, of course, sue for anything, but I'm not 100% sure that you'd really have a legal basis to sue for discrimination because the discrimination doesn't involve such sensitive issues as your race, religion, etc...

Maybe I'm wrong (I'm not a lawyer), and maybe I'm not... but I do know that there are a hell of a lot of areas in life where it's blatantly legal to discriminate against homosexuals... and I'd imagine if you can still legally discriminate against someone's unchosen sexuality,you can legally discriminate against them for their chosen career path.

But hell... that'd make too much sense - and since when did the law make sense?
