    Short Term Florida Rental Homes For Shooting?

    anybody have any ideas about renting a decent home in Florida short term for like 1-2 weeks at a time? Vacation rentals near the beach are too expensive from what I've seen so far. Maybe somebody here owns a place they'd rent for a week or two?

              Your welcome we were looking at it today, planning on going to shoot in miami in feb. Want to shoot like 18 girls in three days , too many people to shoot in a hotel. The biggest problem is very few of the houses have hi speed access.

                  well i have looked before - i did see some nice short term rental homes priced reasonably - but they were unfurnished.

                      I'd love to see an adult timeshare set up. A gorgeous rental home split between a few photographers would be a lot easier on the pocketbook.

                                  Theres alot of places in Tampa area you can rent for week or so, beach is nice also but more pricey of course

                                              Just run an ad in the paper that you are looking to do an adult shoot in someones house.
                                              They get to watch, and you get the location for free.

                                              You will be surprised at some of the responses you will get. Try for something on Miami Beach.

                                                          You can get some prime real estate rentals for not that much at all if you're doing it on a weekly basis. I would go to the Real Estate classifieds for the area you're looking to shoot. There are tons of "vacation rentals" listed on a regular basis.

                                                              Also, search for obscure places on the water. Don't look for popular tourist areas...those prices are generally a lot higher than the obscure places.

                                                                      any suggestions for less popular spots? cuz yeah the weekly rentals on decent houses from Dec-Mar are pretty expensive - 4K a month and up up up. not really that important to be real close to the water.
