Your older and wise. You have a backlog of previous experience to pull on and this seems to help you a great deal. It also appears to either push peoples buttons or assist in adding to the stockpile of people who seem to not like you, though I still see no real reason why. You have lots of ideas and are willing to test the waters with them even if it may step on some toes or blow up in your face. For some reason I think many people think of you as a sidekick to another person and not your own man though, again I am not sure why.
