MAD RANT!!Has anyone got the ipod Video yet? Im so mad at ipod now!!!
So on august 28 of this year I sent my ipod 40 gig photo in to get fixed it died for no reason. I love my ipod!
I looekd all over the site and thought my best option was to goto the ipod store for an actual person!
I went to the ipod store to get it looked at it and after waiting in line for an hour. They gave me a beeper and told me to walk around the mall after 30 mins.
So I finally get to the guy he didnt want to hear my problem just tried to sell me the ipod care package warranty and when I said not interested he shruged it off and told me to go back home and check the site and yelled NEXT!!!
So i called and was put on hold for 40 mins!
Now I saw i still have warranty left and they still wanted me to pay $50 for a new ipod. I paid the money and I gave them my address at home. I waited for the package to arrive and 1 week turns to 4 weeks. THEy told me it would be 4 biz days at the worst.
I called again and after being put on hold for 30 mins they said when it arrived i wasnt home so they sent it back.
I was mad!!
So I have to take time off work to get my package? What happend to just leaving a sticker on the door and picking it up at the closest drop off area?
I called back and yes i was put on hold again for 39 mins!
So I gave them my work address and said to try again. Im simple if im not at home during the week aim at work! Same thing its been 5 weeks and nothing at my work address and trust me there is no reason for this.
So I called back last week ( this time it was 20 mins on hold)and they said they are out of stock of the 40 gig ipod and they are going to try again to send to the home address.
My landlord just woke me up and said a package is in the office for me. This could be it or my fat size penis extetender LOL
I really want the ipod video and they dont even make the 40 gig ipod photo anymore. DO you think taking three months to get my ipod repaired is a good enough case to get the new ipod video. THey come in 30 and 60 gig models so I was thinking of asking for the 30 gig video in brand new condition than a refurbished 40 gig?
