The site is very little to no graphics. Think of a search engine or a listing site or a review site ... whatever. Heavy text. An occasional icon or something.
So I'm looking for someone who can use CSS and who can really make a very text-driven site with backgrounds or CSS or tables or text styles so it is appealing and make a very professional mainstream site with that in mind.
