I have heard this theory before too. Gotta remember it's been 16 years this summer since he announced he was HIV +. That's a long time. His wife and child never got it. The occasional misdiagnosis can and does happen in the medical community.
Then again . . . drugs are improving, though we don't have enough precedent to determine exactly *how much* they have improved and whether that can prevent HIV from becoming AIDS.
I am not pretending to be a doctor here. There has been research done on high-incidence countries on AIDS, and they have actually found that some women (they were testing prostitutes in Sudan I think it was) were exposed to the virus again and again and never developed the disease... they had natural immunity. There is some hope there, however, it doesn't mean people should get stupid.Comment

Well you obviously have no facts about the disease. As to if he does or does not have the disease, why would he lie? Not to mention the fact that when the disease first surfaced, those infected could still live 10+ years before it turned AIDS. The treatments that are around today have made it possible extend that time even further. So yes it is possible that he has HIV.

He was one of the 1st, if not THE 1st, public figures to announce he had it LONG before it was as huge of a thing as it is today. He took a lot of heat at the time for it also since little was known about it at the time.. I do not think he would put himself or his family thru any of that if it was not true that he had HIV. As stated above HIV is not AS BAD if its well handled, which Magic as the money to do. I am sure he is one of the 1st for any new top of the line treatment options out there. He also at the time (and still is from my understanding) in top physical shape which has also been known to help limit and slow down any effects of HIV.Comment

A) He ahs HIV not AIDS a bit of a difference.
B) he's had the money to make sure he has always gotten the best medical care.
C) Jim J Bullock has had HIV sicne 1985 and he's not sick. And he's never has sought treatment. There are in fact people that are immune to the HIV virus.Comment
