Isnt already prisoners banned from voting in some of your states (or all)?
I think that is pretty fucked up definition of democracy, because they have no chance to vote and change the system that in first place brought them into that situation. Not saying its all systems fault, but if you look at the close race in the past, those votes could change the result, and finally help some potential criminals in right direction (Bush make everyone criminal
