    Is icq fucked up for anyone else?

    I'm trying to talk to a guy about buying traffic and icq is totaly fucked up and killing the deal

                          ICq has been acting messed up if someone isn't on my buddy list.

                          But works fine if they are on my list. If you haven't added them yet, then give it a try
