personally i don't find overweight aesthetically pleasing.

and it does take an EFFORT to be a hard body. the simple fact is western society (not just USA) is based on capitalism---which means profit making.

this means that food is created not to be good for you---but so it tastes good (so you will buy it) and has a long shelf life so it can be a profitable to the manufacturer. and this is mostly why we have things like trans fat, etc.

if people could just eat like folks did 100 years ago most would not be overweight. there are BIG benefits to being on a mostly raw food diet---and ANY big grocery supermarket has these foods IF you just educate yourself.

raw fruits and vegetables, oatmeal, flax seed, walnuts, canned tuna, etc etc.

and folks were more active 100 years ago, no TV. work required more physical effort.

but now we have the internet---TONS of information online on what you need to eat, what sort of nutrition your body needs, info on exercise, BMI, caloric burning, etc etc.

fat and obesity are unhealthy. BBW is a fuckin' joke. it is an oxymoron. it is a copout. fat people are sluggish mentally and physically. and life is MUCH better if you are fit and healthy.

and it starts with educating yourself, and taking responsibility for your health and longevity.

and there is no easy fix. eat the right things, exercise, and get healthy.

get off your lazy ass and do it. and you will be more attractive if you do.
