My guess is that the difference is a Girl with a Tatoo VS a Tatoo girl.
In that case the guy seems to want "absolutely no tatoo on the girl", not a "non tatoo girl".
A tramp stamp is def. a tatoo, common tatoo, but I guess that the stripper/clubslut stigma is attached to it.
Might want to clarify that with the client but I think that Vid is right
