I live in the area, and I wouldn't do it.
At Mardi Gras you can flash your tits, but if you drop your pants you'll get arrested in a hurry. (assuming there's a cop in the area to see it)
You can extrapolate that to filming tits at mardi gras and filming hardcore pornography in a hotel room.
IMO the risk is way bigger than the potential reward.
