Word I got was Nick Tukhman did some shady stuff.

Until recently they had beyond a shadow of a doubt the best affilliate backends, promo tools, and a lot of other stuff. Lots of their tech ideas were waay ahead of their time. Adult Centro was going to be the shit.

It's a shame.
