I talked to Spike last year and he gave me some very useful advice. In my book these guys are stand up and being in San Diego is a plus as well.

We buy content and we are just about to release a site called myHomegrown.com where we will dupe, warehouse, pack and ship (in essence distribute) as well... kind of like AMVC... but better...

That is a long story. Unfortunately, I can't talk about it still since it is an ongoing litigation.

I look incredibly forward to the day when both sides have had their day in court. I would like nothing better than to share it all but unfortunately CE demanded a gag on our arbitration. We have nothing to hide and would be happy to have the whole affair out in a public legal forum so that everyone could form their own opinion on the facts and not the hearsay, speculations, and rumours.

If you are resourceful you can find some of the public documents in our Federal action where both sides throw down their opinion of what it is about.
