Swtich your wireless router to only accept connections for hardware mac adresses you physically supply. You can look up mac addresses in your system profile or device manager. Also lock all incoming ports both those you can verify in your ie or firefox and other internet program access logs as necessary for daily activity. Make sure your network is using WEP enabled 128-bit access with an extremely unique alpha numeric password that will be hard to sniff with a common name/password list.
