When you consider that there were dozens of other people trying to take photos at the same time, it was tough to get good shots, since it was hard to get the model's attention, and with multiple flashes, many photos got washed out.

I really need to get an off camera flash (that was the main reason for so much Photoshop, which someone else alluded to). I rarely shoot with flash, since I use constant on video lights for most of my photo sessions.

Hopefully, my skills keep improving a little over time.

I'm at my office right now - I'll find the name of the model with the shaved head when I get home (I know it's not Darenzia), and I'll pass it along to you (I'm supposed to be doing some work with her in November).

Did you see the Kumi pix and video I posted last week? I assume you are still Kumi's webmaster, so if you want to post them on her site, send me an e-mail and I'll kick you over a pass to download them (Kumi was headed out of the country the last time I talked to her earlier in October).

These pix are kind of a hodgepodge collection, since I was mostly shooting video at these sessions (2-3 years ago), and just snapped off a few pictures here and there behind the scenes.

I make quite good $$$ from my adult enterprises, so in that sense I guess that I am not an amateur.

What I meant by that, is I have very little formal training and education in photography and web design. Others on GFY have either more training or better/real artistic sense.

This is really a second career for me. I spent most of my early life and first career on a corporate merry-go-round, which finally bought me the freedom to do something I always wanted to do, which was to explore my more artistic side.

I'm trying to build something out of the best of both worlds.

I feel very fortunate inasmuch as, in a sense, I now have the freedom to fly.

Who knows where it will take me, but I sure am enjoying the journey...
