We always try to do things the nice way first (read that: inexpensive, sensible by talking it out first and offering a mutually beneficial alternative) but some people are arrogant pissants and just think they are entitled to screw with us.

I worked on trying to find a fair resolution but when my efforts were clearly rebuked then we turned it over to one of our attorneys. It was less costly than what Chris South wanted to charge us for the domain but more than we should have had to pay in a perfect world.

Oh well... the cost of protecting our trademark is just a cost of doing biz any way you slice it.
