I'm pretty good in the kitchen....I went to school and got a A.S. in Culinary arts & B.S. in Culinary management. Unfortunatley, I only show off my skills at every family gathering where I'm nominated to do all of the cooking, but my specialty is actually pastry....anybody need a wedding cake?
Have any cooking/pastry questions I'll be glad to help out......

I've only been cooking for 2 1/2 years--a new hobby prompted by the purchase of a stainless steel cookware set, which in turn was prompted by the purchase of a new home.
These days, I'm pretty proficient in the kitchen. I can follow any recipe, but I don't like to. I like to take what I have and just cook something! My non-recipe repertoire is not extensive, but a more diverse lineup means looking at menus once in a while!
I don't always drink beer, but when I do, I wish I was drinking wine instead.
