There are plenty things which are easy to "leave money on the table" ....

There are potential areas of the adult biz that *may* be legal, others not - it is down to a choice on whether to publish. Webmasters are legally responsible for every web page they publish in the same way a magazine editor is liable on behalf of a publisher in print media.

There is also an aspect as to whether you care to stand in front of a jury and justify whatever. In some instances, this may be considered valid, - in others there is prob no way in hell you'd want to defend it, whether it is technically legal or not.

Yet another aspect is in being "professional" and responsible. The adult entertainment biz is exactly that, a business. Each business has a choice in the product they trade/promote.

Automatically disqualified would be anything that defrauds the public (tho it may be technically legal), extreme activity such as scat, torture, pissing, cp etc, the potrayal of models as kids or the "pedo entertainment industry" - the list could be endless. It depends on what creative angles idiots in this business can think up to try and dance around laws before they hit the court steps.

The adult industry is massive in it's "spectrum" of possibilities - there are far more legitimate ways to take that money from the table than anyone could possibly cover, - so not really a need to even go to extremes.
