    Anyone here live in China, Singapore or Malaysia?

    anyone here live in these countries?

    how difficult is the internet access - danger of doing adult traffic biz from there - not hosting or doing any part of the content side?

    what are the good / bad parts - how is the cost of living?

      China is really strict, I think they've even prosecuted adult webmasters. Do a search in Reuters or AP.

      Singapore is a beautiful country. There's a law against chewing gum or spitting in public. Not sure what their laws on adult webmasters are though.

          Singapore - adult is illegal as well - so would doing the business of adult webmastering - the real question is government monitoring - anyone know if Singapore / Malaysia actively monitor and block?

              I believe Malaysia will be the best choice, no one really cares there about what are you doing, if you doing it in privacy. Donno about China, but Singapore is not a right place to do this kind of business or to live. Damn expensive and strict. Just think about the fact that oral sex is still an criminal offence in this country, how about that?

                  cost is ok - just want to know if it would be safe to work from a home-office - and surf adult stuff - stats - etc.. just want to know that I will not get raided - anyone any knowledge on this?

                      just back from Thailand, all what I noticed for 3 moths - some well-know adult sites banned... not much, just few... i used proxy, dunno if it will work in China or others

                          I've lived in Singapore. No problems accessing anything adult online, but you probably couldn't register your biz there since porn is a no no. You shouldn't have any problems if you just want to go there and live for a few months and all your biz is done through your laptop and net connection.
                          I post on GFY so that when people ask me what I do,
                          I can tell them that I work with the mentally retarded.
