Yes the domain is in my name, that was done as a protection measure to keep her identity and location in safe hands. The domain is owned by my other company, and will remain that way until a settlement is completed and in place, and we agree to a suitable new owner of the domain. I have a real problem with it being in her name and showing her new address (for obvious reasons) so we're trying to figure that out now.
I have never written a check on the account in question, in fact I am not even on the account, so that is the other reason I have not been more involved in making sure payments (as well as compnesation for the downtime) have gone out and bills have been paid. Anyone who has ever gotten a check from the program will see her name on the checks, not mine.
When the switch to NATS was made, responsibility for the program and payments for it were put on her, and she is and has been solely responsible for making any payments due.
