    Epass.....you suprised me in a pleasant way

    Used my epass card the last week in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy,
    France, Swiss, Luxembourgh and Belgium and it didn't got blocked. Everytime
    I went to the ATM I felt like I won a big one in a casino.

          Yep.. haven't had a problem withdrawing yet.

          Unlike paypal where I can never plan my budget around its balance because I'm afraid it will deny me for another unknown reason.
