Industry standards on blocking cities from paysites

I have a model that want's to block ip access from her home city. This will probably be redirected to another teen paysite. I was wondering if this is tollerable by promoting webmasters, processors, etc. It will probably redirect to another single girl site in the same network so the referring webmaster will be properly credited.

Also, I already have a good source but before I pull out my credit card, if anyone knows of a cheap city ip list or filtering software, please let me know

you would have to pay someone to create you a very costly geographical database

then the resources that script would use up, assuming your site was getting mad traffic, would probably slow down your sites speed

I am not concerned about gov agencies but I actually had a buddy who already got the list and I should be able to get it from him for no more than half. Does your list include updates? Also, this is for Ontario, Canada

A precaution is good enough. When it comes down to the point that a close friend or relative uses Tor to access the site, it means she is already cashing in and wouldn't give a crap at that point
