All the time. I have a friend whos sister just married her boyfriend for the insurance coverage that she needed for her blackouts.
Our health care industry is pretty fucked up unless you're working for a big company or have enough to buy your own. If you've had pre-existing conditions, the insurance can be ridiculously expensive.
