As for anything else "Harper" related, it depends. Being he doesn't have the full reins, anything he "claims" he's done has to be looked at in terms of how much he's had to compromise and which of the other groups have had their say as well. Quite frankly, I'd almost prefer that we allways have minority governments.. It makes them work together which is what government should be IMO.
