What Do You Do When Your Outgoing Emails Go To Bulk/ Junk Mail? What could be causing this to happen?

No i just found out it's a hosting issue. They are blocked from gmail, yahoo and google. They have been blaming it on norton and outlook when all along it was their fault. Im not going to name names or sling any mud as long as long as they own up to their mistake and compensate me. Otherwise this will get ugly ..They know who they are and alot of people on here host with them
