        I have been lucky so far, all the emails I sent were answered. Sometimes they seem to run circles around you and you have to reply back twice to get a straight answer out of them, but other than that all my requests were resolved.

        This may be obvious, but are you emailing them from your epassporte email? If not, you should.

                yes of course I saw it, but the idea of my post is to try to make these people understand that we should'nt have gone so far just to get her to post here and give us her AIM, YIM and ICQ, they should have live support chanels, and not only by phone - I think it's the way of the internet to do so.
