My sites are all adult flash games sites(ie the67.com and more ) and the only sponsors that seem to convert for me are 3d type sites like 3dsexgames, somavision, virtualhottie2, my own program -sex9interactive , and shiny dollars has a 3d site that has been doing well also. For my traffic I usually convert any of the above at 1/200.
