You should just contact them personally, honestly, they are in South Florida and dealing with remnants of the Hurricane. I doubt they check GFY near as much as they check their own support system, icq, whatnot. -

I hear ya, and it sucks when a check bounces, just sometimes there is a good explantaion so best to give the program a little time hurrican or not before hurting them on the boards.

Not like he was trying to slander them, anyone who reads this thread will see that.
Don't be hating on the guy, I'd probably do the same thing if it had been 48 hours with no reply. Sometimes it's just a necessary step to get someone's attention.
Now in this case, it turns out they are in Southern Florida and bam, there ya go, he has his answer ... so it was good he posted here.
