You could try to hit up a local store and buy a stick of ram there just to check and see if it is the ram... most stores here let you return it for a full refund within 14 days so if that isn't the problem you could take it back probably.

Damn, i have the platinum version....
It sucks so much not knowing what the problem is. I might try and buy some cheap ram tomorrow to test it.
