I am not even going to comment on things that are going on in my (our) personal life. That stuff never should have been put here on the board anyway. Remember there are two sides to every story, and most things that NewBreed said are one sided. And I refuse to go back and forth with him.
As for the business...Everything is wrote out as to what people are owed and what people will be compensated for. The site was up before the affiliate site was. I was not able to get the payouts for the payout period of 09/16/2005 - 09/30/2005. It still doesn't show up in my payout admin, however I did find out a way to show me what is owed for that period, so those checks and the compensation checks will be mailed out first thing on Monday.
As for NewBreed saying that there are a couple CCBill checks floating around. Yes there are, and I couldn't tell you where they are.
I have always had full control of the site. Most things I know how to do. Some things I do not, so I have been learning myself. I am the one that had to move out of my home, so I had to start over. I am doing the best I can and not fucking any of my affiliates over. Bill you say that you have got a ton of e-mails and icqs from people seeing where their check was and why they were not getting paid? Why were they not forwarded to me? That option was always open to you. I have not received one since the site has been back up. I had received maybe 5 when the hard drive had failed and they were replied to. I have been kept in the dark about what all had been going on with the site. When it went down, I was not told a lot. I had to contact Webair myself to see what was going on exactly.
And no, I never said straight up that Bill had taken down the site, yes I believed it was a possibility, but never said for sure, and I didn't go around just telling random people.
Please remember there are two sides to every story. I am not going to bring my side and my personal life to this board.
The site just got back and going to full capacity this past week. I have and will continue to make the site work and profit. Every affiliate will get what they are owed. No one is getting screwed. Everything will continue and I will be running the site to which I am perfectly capable of. Again, anyone is welcome to contact me personally about any BUSINESS issues or concerns.
