The funny part is all these people who never filed charges that suddenly remember him pointing a gun at them. I really do think the girl that died really did commit suicide, but he is likely to get convicted because of all of these other incidents.

It matters little what he looks like, what his brain capacity is or how eccentric his behavior may be, he obviously has some talent in his chosen career.
The only thing that matters is what evidence is available to support the case that he murdered someone. It's easy to judge from press reports, but they rarely tell the subtle detail.
Sure... surprised the prosecution is dragging out a string of witnesses claiming firearms-related incidents to presumably suggest a scenario and cast doubt - would hope that's the "standby" and they have *actual evidence" - not some verbal from people who were never at the location of the death. That could be in indication of weakness in the case, or just added embellishment to add doubt, - who knows?
He did make fairly damning statements to LE at the time of the death and presumably there is *some* forensics from the SOC - so seems fair for him to answer for this. Eccentricity never was a defense
