If so, you need to tack on about 10 years to that "3-4", unless he rats someone out, you can't get away with felony attempted murder during the commission of a crime...a drug crime...and only get 3 years, unless of course he has a great, expensive, attorney.

Ever see how nice their prisons are in Canada? I saw something on TV a few years ago and 4 guys had a "cell" that was a bit bigger than a college dorm room. They had nice funiture( including a couch ) a color TV and their own kitchenette( fridge, stove, microwave ) with KNIVES and one guy was in for MURDER. Had carpeting, a shower and eveything.

hell, he wont even do 3 years in jail, we have something nice in Canada called The Conditional Release Program... They set you free at 1/6 of your time if it wasnt a violent crime and 1/3 if it was a violent crime when you keep quiet during your jail time... My guess 6 years total and release at the 2 years mark! Dont forget he also came back to Canada by himself... maybe worth another 6 month free pass! And also the time served while waiting to get sentenced which count as double in Canada... Well I guess its more like 6 months max!
