Are you in the US? I can dig out a toll free number for you to telephone them. Email will take at least a day and I'm pretty sure they do not have ICQ.

well it depends on what topic u need help with.. this is the # on the back of their cards 402-935-2017 u can get in contact with them there and they'll most likely transfer u to the right department.

emailing them or using their online form will get you nowhere!
