Could you:
1) Remove the windows
2) Remove the BVL
3) Remove the semi-circle
3) Bring the 'Bella Vista Lending' just below the roof
4) Change the overall color to something similar to a 'microsoft' blue (i hope that color name makes sense, if not, just something with a vibrant blue)
