Whats up with mike18.com? Possible CP?

What do you guys think about this issue? I've accidently came around this site, apparently converts like crazy but I don't want to promote it cause it looks like child porn. You can see all models with their passports claiming to be 18 but they surely don't look like they are.

What do you think? If its illegal how come that it is still online? Is it CP or not?

I don't know the guys who run that site, but I don't doubt their models' age. I can tell from experience that outside North America it's very easy to find models that look rather young for their age. In the US and CA, teenagers generally look much older than in the rest of the world.
Running a site like that with underage models wouldn't make sense, cause it's easy to find plenty legal ones with the same looks.
