I have just applied for your ePassporte Personal account with the
Virtual Visa + Visa Electron card.

I filled in all my personal information and credit card details.
Then I spent one hour reading your eight pages long Terms & Conditions.

After having accepted the conditions I clicked submit and your
website started processing my credit card.

I got returned to the very first page of the account creation that
I had already filled out but without any welcome messages nor error messages.

Did my account get created, and/or has my credit card been charged?
Do I need to fill out the application again? I want to avoid any

theses guys don't have "live help" support on site, they don't have any instant messenger contacts, you got lucky they answered your emails cause they don't answer mine.

call them - it's the only way

I agree. After using their email system to get a withdrawal increase - it was a 3-week time-wasting disaster, to put it mildly - I just call them for everything. They usually answer quick with little hold time and have a call-back service.

In the end, they offer a great service to webmaster... but I gotta agree, the support sucks, the limit sucks, and the 30 days hold on CC use sucks diack

I got one... I tried to get gas yasterday with epass, it said "see attendant" or "not authorized" or something.. tried it twice before breaking out a "real" debit card.

Today my balance shows $50 x2 =$100 held for the two attempts that didn't go thru'

for foreign webmasters, instant messeging is in many cases the ONLY method they use.

epass phone support told me to have the gas station fax them something on their letterhead saying they weren't going to charge me for the gas.

lmao can you imagine asking the gas station employee

"ummm my card was declined twice a few days ago, I don't have a receipt as it was declined(there were plenty of funds in there by the way) so ummm could you look up the transactions even though they weren't actually transactions out of the hundreds of people who have put gas here and once you have found them, if you can, can you type a letter on company letterhead saying that you will not charge me"

I think I will wait the couple weeks for them to be hopefully removed
