He thought he did, but he didn't. I knew 100% that those on the jury would get all pissy about the deception he pulled. If he had of talked to Yau privately before the vote and they agreed to both vote for the chick, then the vote would have been a tie, which would have given Dreams a shot at staying in.
Had he won the tie-breaker and stayed in, people on the jury would have looked upon him a LOT more favorably, having honored his word to Yau.
He still would have lost though, because Yau would have won it all. :D
