                              It a good photo, I don't think it's photoshopped, I would think set for 10 sec shutter and tell the model to fire the gun after the flash.

                                  That would be even more difficult to get the shot this clear.

                                  This is what happens when you count to three 36 times and she pulls the trigger wrong on the first 35.
