Getting a green card in the USA
in the process of adjusting and they now require a physical examination... did anybody ever take this examination and did it include a drug test?

I've known a few people who have taken the exam.. they said it was pretty easy.. no mention of a drug test this aint baseball

yea but i read that drug abuse and drug addiction might cause a problem... not sure if they look for this or just determine it by the way you act... im not a drug addict or anything, occasional weed scyphers with the fellas on a sunday nightComment

I have been thru this and can confirm the drug test.
As I understand it if you fail you generally get a second attempt. This is the "addiction" determination. But then recent nonsense like this:

There is a drug test. They test urine and blood as far as I understand.

Green Card
When i applied for mine, they did a complete background check and a full medical with X-rays. If you have a history of crime ( i dont mean parking tickets ) or any serious medical condition you will not get a card. i can understand the felons part, but whatever happened to:

i don't see how smoking a joint, or taking lsd makes you a bad person, or a threat to society.
