Seriously.. what spare time? Between net stuff and other biz stuff, there is little time and just work till the "burn out" time comes.
When that time comes we spend anything from 2 -12 weeks in "recovery" under a palm tree at the beach being topped up with drinks and being fed. If necessary the "office" can be set up there as well, but try to resist that
