hear your pain... they are a pain in the ass..
have only 1 domain there - thankfully - which I've been trying to move over to Moniker for the past 2 months with thousands of our other ones..
1st they claimed that the EPP code generated was incorrect then had to initiate again
2nd when it finally when through - they locked the domain - they claimed that I did it which there is no way in hell
3rd they sent me a link trying to get me to renew the domain @ their place while the transfer is in progress - which if I where todo that would kill the domain transfer
these guys are fucking idiots.. its time for ICANN to clean house on these guys
